We Started Wide. We Chose to Go Deep.
Like many businesses, we started broad.
In the early 2000s, we sold a little of everything: mugs, desktop accessories, pens, technology gifts and yes, awards.
But over the years one thing stood out. Whenever we made an award our customers really appreciated it. They liked our design sense, choice of materials and it was unlike any that was available to them. Even we liked the idea that we are not just another supplier to them. Every award design told a story and for many people what we made was precious memory for months and sometimes even years to come.
Our customers could buy technology gifts or pens, and made in china products from anyone but what we provided they could not buy from anywhere. Of course, there has always been a big trade in general gifts and promotional merchandise, but we chose to focus on a small niche of Recognition, because it allows us to create something more meaningful.
We made a choice, to specialise.
We invested even more in engraving machines, polishing stations, UV printers, CNC routers, sandblasters and constantly adding more. Probably we have 30+ processing stations at Pinnacle right now.
We also built a team of designers (we have more designers than salespeople) to make sure every award was thoughtful. Our designers are different; they are not graphic designers. They understand material, they understand what production process. That is exactly what our customers appreciate too. And we documented every process until we became the only awards company in India to earn ZED Gold Certification from the Government of India for quality, sustainability, and robust systems.

The thickness of a line, curving the edge just a tad bit so that corner does not break or hurt, make a small tool so that every piece is perfectly aligned.
