Our Pinnacle Family: Crafting Dreams, One Award, One Trophy at a Time

A collage of photos of people working in a factory.

In the bustling workshop of our manufacturing unit located at Gurgaon spread over 13,000 sq ft, you’ll discover the heartbeat of our company—the skilled artisans and workers who turn our designs into reality. Men and women working on the factory floor in different departments, be it the Acrylic Station, Crystal Engraving Shop or the Casting Station for Polyresin Awards, everyone working together to create remarkable awards and trophies that we are proud to present.

Unveiling the Unsung Heroes Behind Pinnacle’s Success

Often people ask why I choose to run a manufacturing company when I can just as easily like everyone else, run a trading company. Over 90% of the awards and trophies sold in India are merely imported from China. The percentage could be as high as 95% actually. Most companies just prefer to trade. It’s easier, it’s faster, it’s more profitable.

But Pinnacle is different. From the very beginning, I have chosen to be a manufacturing company instead of just another trading business. Why? One, running a manufacturing company gives us the ability to design, experiment and create new ideas in recognition and appreciation. And secondly, it helps me to create jobs at the worker level, not just any jobs but jobs that pay fair wages and help them to live a good life.

Sadly, the awards and recognition industry in India is a very dis-organised sector and thrives on paying low salaries to factory workers for better profits.

Crafting Opportunities, One Trophy at a Time

For us, every trophy is a result of the dedication and attention to the details our artisans put at every workstation. We’ve decided to keep our manufacturing in-house not only because it ensures quality but because it creates jobs, nurtures skills, and upholds the dignity of our workers.

In a world where shortcuts often replace craftsmanship, our choice to manufacture in-house stands as a symbol of our commitment. It’s a statement that we’re not just here to sell awards; we’re here to help people feel that they matter. We understand that when we invest in our workers, it reflects in the superior quality of our products. It’s a cycle where they take pride in their craft, and you receive awards that speak of excellence.

Empowering Artisans

Our journey is not just about manufacturing; it’s about empowerment. Our artisans are the unsung heroes who breathe life into ordinary materials, transforming them into extraordinary works of art. With steady hands, they mold, engrave, and assemble each piece, knowing that it will carry the dreams and accomplishments of countless individuals and organizations.

Their hands bring our vision to life, and their commitment ensures that every award becomes a storyteller—a story of hard work, passion, and determination.

On our factory floor we have lots of images of people winning the awards on stage for them to realize the importance of the pieces. We often talk about it as well, to remind them the importance of what they are creating.

Creating a Better Tomorrow

At Pinnacle, we aren’t just crafting awards; we’re shaping futures. Our commitment to manufacturing isn’t just a business strategy; it’s a promise of a brighter future. We genuinely believe that by providing fair wages and a supportive work environment, we can make a real difference in the lives of our workers.

Our journey is guided by a vision where blue-collar workers aren’t just employees; they are essential contributors to our success. We are proud to be part of an industry with the power to uplift communities and provide meaningful livelihoods.

So, the next time you hold a Pinnacle award, remember that it carries more than just a name; it carries the dreams and aspirations of the artisans who crafted it.

Expanding Our Reach: Taking Indian Craftsmanship Global

In 2023, Pinnacle is gearing up for an exciting new chapter in our journey. This year holds special significance for us as we embark on a journey to introduce Indian craftsmanship and recognition to the global stage.

Our thoughtful design, meticulous craftsmanship and customer’s trust has motivated us to go beyond our local boundaries. We’re thrilled to announce our participation in two international exhibitions—one in the vibrant city-state of Singapore and the other in the bustling metropolis of Dubai. These exhibitions provide us with an opportunity to showcase the dedication and artistry that define every Pinnacle award and recognition piece.

India has long been renowned for its tech expertise and robust garment manufacturing industry. Yet, the export of high-quality awards and recognition products is an area which is kind of empty.  At Pinnacle we are trying to change this by sharing the rich heritage of Indian craftsmanship with the world.

We’re on a mission to reshape how India is seen globally—not just as a hub for outsourcing but as a source of unique, thoughtful, and top-notch recognition products. And yes this ties perfectly well with our vision to create even more jobs and opportunities for our factory workers.
