Our First Showcase in Singapore… and We Only Took Three Photos
A milestone that gave us everything… except photographs.
Sometimes the moments that matter most are the ones we forget to capture.
That’s exactly what happened at our very first international showcase at TechHR Singapore, hosted by the incredible People Matters team at the Marina Bay Sands Convention Center.
A massive event.
A stunning venue.
A day filled with conversations that reminded us why we do what we do.
And all we walked away with were three pictures.
The Day We Forgot to Document
From the moment the doors opened, people kept walking up to our booth with curiosity and warmth. They ran their hands over our pieces. They asked about the stories behind each design. And they said the one thing that never gets old.
“This is different.”
“This feels so special.”
“No one is doing what you’re doing.”
Every time we heard it, something inside us lit up.
Because recognition is emotional. And when people feel that emotion just by seeing our work, it tells us we are on the right path.
We were so caught up in the joy of it all that we forgot to do the most obvious thing at an exhibition… take pictures with the people who made the experience meaningful. The leaders who appreciated our craft. The teams who said they had never seen awards like this before. The visitors who told us they would remember our booth long after the event.
Looking back, we laugh. And we also sigh a little.
Because this was our first Singapore event.
The memories deserved more than three photos.
But the truth is, the real story lives in what we felt, not in what we captured.
The Work Behind One Day
People often see the booth. They rarely see the journey to get there.
For us, it was days of packing and repacking samples.
Checking finishes.
Coordinating logistics across countries.
Ensuring every piece, big or small, carried the emotion we stand for.
In India, we have an entire team behind us.
Internationally, you’re on your own.
And oddly, that’s the beauty of it.
Doing it all yourself builds a quiet respect for every role, every task, every person who makes an exhibition possible.

It reminded me of how hotels train. No matter which department you join, you spend time learning all kinds of work. When you understand what someone else’s job takes, you appreciate the outcome that much more.
That’s exactly what this event did for us.
More Than an Exhibition
Despite the long hours, heavy cartons, and those missing photos, TechHR Singapore gave us something priceless.
It gave us confidence.
It gave us validation.
It gave us a glimpse of the global stage we are stepping into.
And it reminded us of who we are and what we are building.
We are not just selling awards.
We are building the best company from India for the world, a company that designs high quality recognition pieces that people experience, hold, and make their own.
For Pinnacle, this wasn’t just a show.
It was a milestone.
Our first international booth after a big gap of 9 years.
Our first time sharing our work with an entirely new audience.
Our first moment of realising that recognition, when crafted with care, crosses borders effortlessly.
If We Could Do It Again
Would we take more pictures? Yes.
Would we trade any part of the experience? Absolutely not.
Because this event wasn’t about perfect documentation.
It was about honest connections.
About people who saw the heart behind our work.
About a small team doing big things with intention, design, and emotion.
We returned home tired, grateful, and quietly proud.
And sometimes, three pictures are enough.
Because the rest, the excitement, the stories, the appreciation, stays with you in a way no camera can capture.
