I’m Manju—the mother. At 69, I still love coming to work every day, managing the finances and overseeing the overall management at Pinnacle.
I’m Nidhi, a designer at heart and an entrepreneur by design. I love creating products that become part of people’s most loved possessions.
Twenty-four years ago, we started Pinnacle as a personalized gifting company with little knowledge and even less money—but we had plenty of belief and big dreams!
Over the past two decades, we’ve grown, adapted, and evolved. Today, we’re proud to be one of India’s largest and most resourceful awards and recognition companies, and we couldn’t have done it without the support of incredible clients like you.
You’ll probably never meet
One of the reasons why we are a manufacturing company and not another trading company is our commitment to create more and more jobs, impart quality skills to workers, and pay them fairly.
Sadly our industry (awards and recognition) in India is disorganised and thrives on paying low salaries to factory workers for better profits. But not at Pinnacle. Reason why: In an age of outsourcing we prefer to make everything in-house. This creates jobs and helps us deliver great quality products to you.
