Digital Printing on Acrylic, Wood, and Crystal is one of the many areas where we did maximum experiments in the past decade. While the technology to print directly on different surfaces was widely available as early as 2000 it was far from being perfect and sustainable on many surfaces.
However over the years, it kept becoming better and better and finally, we got it down to India as well. Now we can confidently say that we have a perfect solution for digital printing on acrylic, wood, and crystal.
With the right kind of printer, original inks, and perfect settings we are able to produce the best possible results in direct digital printing on different surfaces.
Of course, there are many me too solutions where you can get digital printing on acrylic but the results are kind of dull and may be the supplier would justify it as the best possible solution. But don’t settle for less for better solutions are available.
See for yourself. We have printed the exact same artwork (except for the addition of the red border at the bottom and the metabolic logo) through two different processes and the result is in front of you.
Dull colors on the right and the white blotchiness is quite evident whereas the one on the left is bright and vibrant with true colors.
Yes, it does come at a bit extra cost but then as I always say Winners deserve better.
