The reason why every great organization has Customer Service Champions who ensure that their customers are always treated like a king and Queens. With every passing decade, customer service levels are just stepping up.
Something which was considered ‘Special’ like free delivery and free return is now an ‘Expected’ service level when it comes to online commerce companies.
As service levels are stepping up it is even harder to deliver Customer Delight. Its harder yes but at the same time, it’s even more critical to the success of any business.
You can have the best of the product but if you are not the Customer Service Champions, chances are that you will have to shut down the shop soon. I can hardly think of a business where we don’t care about customer service.
It’s no surprise that all great organization also have a strong recognition program for great customer service.
Over the years we have designed many interesting and even unusual customer service award but our latest one is for sure one of our favorites and probably favorite of our customers too.

A miniature chair raised on a pedestal makes a great customer service award for those who work really hard to deliver a WOW customer service for we all know it’s not easy anymore.
Well, probably it was never easy. As they say, nothing which is good comes easy.
