Hey hi everybody This is Nidhi from Pinnacle Works.
And today we would like to talk about Gift Vouchers. And I love to say this, Gift Vouchers are easy to give and gift vouchers are easy to forget. But, before I start I would like to talk about two things.
One I don’t sell gift vouchers and Two I don’t hate gift vouchers. Which literally means, that you’re gonna get the best view-point, the insider view- point. Because I am surrounded by people who sell gift vouchers and companies who regularly buy it for recognition or even as a gift.
So, why did I choose to talk about gift vouchers ? In fact I’m making a series of videos on it. Because a lot of people are opting in for gift vouchers because it’s very easy to give nah. Now set the budget. Pick the gift vouchers and nowadays. a lot of people are using the Online gift vouchers and it’s DONE!
And everybody just gets it, everybody gets what they want. Sounds like a brilliant idea! But the second part is very important gift vouchers are easy to forget. Now ,what do I really mean by that Gift Vouchers if you are using it as a Recognition. Think about it. Yes! you have been given a gift voucher. But, did you make the people feel special? Really feel recognized, that Hey Buddy! You did an Amazing work. And that’s why you are getting recognized. Of course I am not saying everybody’s doing that. But all I am saying that Gift Vouchers don’t solve all recognition problems. So, just the fact that if you’re choosing gift voucher, and for all your recognition needs, maybe it’s time to think about what more you can do. Like I always say that you know the Recognition is almost like a restaurant menu. So if you have multiple types of recognition, multiple tools in your basket, It really works.
